K-Hitz Radio is an Internet Radio station that aims to broadcast uniquely Ghanaian content, culture, commerce and music. That being said, we are a black station with an African bias. We agree with Dr. Nkrumah’s assertion that Ghana’s independence was meaningless without the total liberation of Africa. K-Hitz Radio will also be an outlet for African issues, ideas and identity promotion.

K-Hitz Radio seeks to become a primary conduit of entertainment, education and information about Ghana to the rest of the world. We intend to be fair to all and clear in analysis. We aim to become the face of the 21st century African radio: proud of who we are, poised to deliver excellence and pressing on to higher grounds. K-Hitz Radio Station thrives on music, meaningful content and mesmerizing delivery.

The importance of originality is evident in the kind of programs and personalities we seek to align this radio station with.

We are soliciting the assistance in these following areas: recruiting of fresh talent, news and views on the socio-economic landscape, ideas for panel programs and talk shows and cultivation of sponsorship for individual programs.

K-Hitz believes in partnership with people genuinely interested in assisting us in this broadcast period. We need news readers, news reporters, panelists, and people with exceptional talent in the arts and musicians who seek avenues to promote their work. Geography is not an issue. We have the ability to work with people all over the world. The system is based on a six-month internship that provides the recruited individual with access to K-Hitz Radio’s global reach. This is followed up with a conversation as to whether the individual seeks to continue with us or not.

In this era of rapid events, we seek individuals with passion and poise to deliver unadulterated analysis of pressing Ghanaian needs and news. Our primary market is Ghanaians – those in Diaspora and those who still resident in Ghana.

K-Hitz Radio is interested in these three main areas – socio-economic, socio-political and the geo-political aspects of Ghanaian national identity,African and World related issues. This gives us a broad spectrum for original ideas to be carved into award-winning talk shows, panel discussions and commentary programs. We are earnestly seeking individuals who can partner with us to produce relevant programs for our listener.

We believe in entrepreneurship and do expect each person we deal with, to be a go-getter. We want to work hand in hand with black businesses around the world to offer top-of-the-line adverts and promotion for their products and services. In as much as we will seek sponsors and promotional funding from business, we will ask our partners to be proactive about channeling business to K-Hitz Radio.
